A general permission to upload a photograph does not necessarily mean that the person depicted has consented to every possible AI-generated modification.

You must not use TryOn AI to:

TryOn AI does not authorize or encourage non-consensual image manipulation or other unlawful uses of the App.
We do not guarantee that every generated image will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for every purpose.

However, this provision does not mean that TryOn AI can never be held responsible for its own conduct, acts or omissions, or legal obligations. Nothing in this Privacy Policy excludes or limits any liability or duty that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
This section does not remove any privacy, security, consumer-protection, or other obligations that apply to the operation of TryOn AI.
